Deliveries will be dispatched from Monday to Friday.
Deliveries will dispatched within 2 business days of receiving the order.
Arrival in Ireland will take between 3-5 days.
Arrival in Europe will take between 3-9 days.
Due to Covid-19 some orders are taking longer to arrive than usual. Please allow up to 21 days for your order to arrive. These times are subject to change during the holiday seasons and bank holidays.
We do accept direct exchanges of products or giving store credit for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please DM or email us within 10 days of receiving a product if you wish to make an exchange or receive a credit note instead. We can offer a full refund with the option to repurchase again after. An address will be provided which you can return the products to but we do not cover the cost of shipping. Credit notes will be provided for the value of goods returned at the time of return and shipping costs will not be credited. This can only be done once for the one transaction.
For faulty products, please email us at email@example.com or DM our Instagram page within 10 days of receiving the products. An address will provided which you can return the products to. An inspection will be carried via email or DM and on arrival. If approved, a full refund will be issued including the cost of goods and shipping of the order but we do not cover the shipping costs of returning the product. If you make a partial return e.g one of three items in an order returned, we do not cover shipping for either sending or returning the product but can exchange it at no extra cost. Refund times may vary according to the customer's payment method.
Please note that Damaged does not take responsibility for any VAT or import duties charged as a result of Brexit from the 1/1/2021.
For lost packages sent by standard post, we will send a 50% refund for the value of your order excluding the cost of shipping. For lost packages sent by register post, Damaged will return the full value of the goods purchased excluding shipping.
For an item to be considered lost, we will take the information given by our shipping provider. For an item to be considered lost it can take up to 60 days, during which the shipping company will attempt to locate it and deliver it to you. A tracked parcel updated to be delivered by the provider may not ever be considered lost, unless the shipping provider can confirm otherwise.
